Requirements — What I need from you:

• Fill the form with your team. You may choose up to 6 Pokémon and 1 Trainer, or 5 Pokémon and 2 Trainers.
• [IMPORTANT] Please provide photo references for the Trainer(s) and any other details relevant to your order.
• You’ll receive an email confirming the details.
• I require a 50% non-refundable reservation fee to secure your slot, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. You’ll receive all needed payment information on your confirmation email. Invoices will be provided for both payments.

Deliverables — What you’ll get:

• You will receive a high-res, professional illustration. I provide files in any standard format exportable from Photoshop (PSD, PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).
• My standard canvas size is A3 (4961x3508px). I can adjust this to meet your specific needs; additional fees only apply if the custom dimensions are significantly larger.
• You are free to print, frame, or use your artwork for personal digital displays.
• [IMPORTANT] This is a digital-only service. I do not ship or provide physical prints.

About the process:

To ensure quality, each commission follows a structured feedback loop.

• Basic layout and pose sketches
• Pencil pass
• Lineart
• Flat colors and rendering
• Final polish, background and finishing touches.

I allow up to three adjustments per stage. Typically, a finished piece takes 5 working days.
